This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the policies and procedures of Abraham J. Williamson, Esq. (“AJW,” “I,” “me,” or “my”) regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in connection with your access to and use of my services.

Information I Collect About You and How I Collect It

I collect several types of information from and about users of my services. How I Use Your Information

I collect information to personalize, improve, and continue to operate my services, as well as to provide you with certain features on my services, or other information that you may request or that I believe may be of interest to you, including newsletters, updates or publications by me and invitations to events hosted, sponsored, or recommended by me.

Disclosure of Your Information

I may disclose Aggregated Information about my users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. I may disclose Personal Information that I collect, or you provide as described in this Policy:

• To contractors, service providers, and other third parties I use to support my business.
• To third parties to market their products or services to you.
• To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
• For any other purpose disclosed by me when you provide the information.
• With your consent.
• To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
• If I believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of AJW, my clients, or others.

Choices About How I Use and Disclose Your Information

I strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to me. I have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your Personal Information:

• You may request the removal of your Personal Information from my systems at any time by emailing privacy@abrahamjwilliamson.com.
• You may request the cessation of any email publications, invitations, alerts, or other communications from me at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any such email. I will exercise reasonable efforts to promptly comply with such requests.
• You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this site may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
• Depending on where you are located, you may request to access, amend, or suspend or object to the use of any Personal Information that you have previously provided to me in connection with your use of my services, by contacting me at privacy@abrahamjwilliamson.com. Such requests should clearly indicate the specific Personal Information to which it relates and the action that is being requested on my part. Please note that I do not guarantee the permanent removal of your Personal Information, which may, for example, remain in archival or backup copies of my services. I will respond to, and fulfill, your request only if it is commercially reasonable to do so.

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84 entitles you to ask me for a notice identifying the categories of personal customer information that I share with my affiliates and/or third parties for marketing purposes and providing contact information for such affiliates and/or third parties. I do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising.
